Video analysis and correction session
A video analysis is by far the most efficient way to improve your swimming technique. The video analysis and correction session that we offer can easily be considered one of the best available methods. During this session, the swimmer is not only filmed in high definition (above and below water), but during the same session, the images are viewed and analyzed together with the swimmer. Still during the same session, the most specific drills are also taught, which will bring the swimming performance to a higher level in the short term.
The entire analysis is recorded and logged for later review.

We film 2 times, the 2nd time with the EO Swimbetter sensors. With these sensors, the power meter for the swimmer as it were, we can very accurately follow the trajectory of the hands above and below water and we can see where you possibly lose your grip on the water
Analysis of the video images
Together with the swimmer, the images are viewed. By regularly comparing them with how elite swimmers do it, it can be clearly indicated where the problem lies and how it can be solved.
During the video analysis, not only is filming done, but the arm movements are also effectively measured with the EO Swimbetter sensors. We can even link the signals live to the video.
Technique Correction
After viewing and analyzing the images, we have a very good idea of the priorities to swim better and more efficiently. With this information, we get to work and the most efficient exercises are taught to work on the biggest priorities.
