What do we have to offer you?

  • The SwimSquad is for every triathlete, open water swimmer or recreational swimmer who wants to improve their freestyle. 

  • Each week we have a variety of swim workouts: technique, the faster threshold/CSS work or the longer endurance workouts (we call them the "Red Mist").

  • There is always at least 1 (and usually 2) coach on hand to provide guidance or feedback.

  • The number of participants is limited to guarantee the quality of the training.

  • The lanes are divided according to level so that you are always in the lane with swimmers of a similar level (maximum 5 per lane).

  • No stress.....it's still fun!

For Whom?

To get the most out of the sessions, we expect participants to be able to swim at least 100m. We do hone the technique during training, but we don't have the space during SwimSquad to teach you front crawl. 

If you think you are not yet eligible, but would still like to learn the front crawl, please do not hesitate to  contact us  for our "Start To Crawl" options.

Technology

Monday 6:30-7:30 | Monday 8pm-9pm

 

The focus during this training is on drills and technique, with many tips to further improve your swimming style. Correct execution is much more important than the distances swum.

Threshold/CSS

Wednesday 06:30-07:30

 

If you want to improve your speed in the pool and in open water over a distance longer than 400m, then this session is for you!
The goal of these sessions is to improve your CSS (=Critical Swim Speed). 
For this training it is very important that every swimmer knows his CSS speed and testing this CSS and comparing it with previous results is a fixed part of this training.

Long endurance training

Saturday 7:30-8:30 (or 9:00)

 

If you prefer a longer training, this is your training! This is a training between 3500 and 5000m (until 9:00)

How can I participate?

Registering for the SwimSquad is very easy and runs via an automatic reservation system. You do not have to pay a membership fee, but we work with a ticket. You only pay when you are present. Simple, right!

You can book a session or buy a ticket at any time of the day. Are you unable to attend the training due to circumstances? No problem, you can cancel free of charge up to 12 hours before the start of the training.

If you wish to pay for an individual session for the first time, please go directly to step 2

We have different options of session cards. The higher the number of sessions on your card, the lower the price per session. Payment can be made by credit card. If you do not have a credit card or would like an invoice, please let us know and we will find a solution.

Step 2

Reserve your place at the training

If you have purchased a ticket you will automatically receive a registration code. With this code you can now reserve your place at a training. 

Enter your code at "Use voucher/package". If you want to make a one-time reservation (without a ticket), you will be redirected to the payment module after reserving your place.

If the training is full, it will disappear from the agenda and you can no longer make a reservation.
